What will await for you:
HR support for 3 entities (Colgate-Palmolive CZ & SK, Hill’s Pet Nutrition)Payroll preparation (preparation of payroll input for processing, attendance processing)
Recruitment: Onboarding and offboarding of employees (preparation of contracts, planning the first/last day of employees with other departments)
Admin support (ticketing)
Administration of company’s benefits (communication with vendors, preparation of monthly reports for benefits and other services, marketing promotion of benefits to employees)
Processing of invoices
Ad hoc administration tasks or projects (collaboration on tax processes, SOX preparation, organization of company’s events, etc.)
You will succeed if you have:
University degree from HR or similar fieldAnalytical skills with a very good level of Excel
Fluency in Czech/Slovak and fluency in English
You’re based in Prague
