Job description
Evaluate student performance to analyze the soft skills required by them
Create training programs to address skill gaps in students
Provide teams and individuals with the skills they need for successful interpersonal communication for interviews and at work
Qualification:
Degree/ Graduation in any stream
Should have excellent communication skills in Malayalam & English.
Should have good interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students.
Should have the passion for training and development.
Experience
2 to 5 yearsof experience in a similar position with any reputed organisation.
