WAREHOUSE EMPLOYEE, 36 hours per week
Job Description
As a warehouse employee you are an important part of our organization. Thanks to you, and the other colleagues in our warehouse, the orders are sent out daily to all our customers. The job as warehouse employee is more than just stacking boxes and bags, because you are our business card to our customers! To collect the orders you will drive all day on your EPT and you will receive your own hand scanner. The scanner indicates exactly where you need to be and how much of the item you need. Our warehouse is very efficient and the orders are adjusted accordingly. It's up to you to build up a solid pallet, so that it arrives at our customers in one piece. This is where your analytical skills and accuracy come in handy. It is very important that you follow the lifting and safety instructions carefully. In general you will work alone on the order, but it also happens regularly that you help another colleague with an order or problem. We always appreciate it that everyone thinks along with the organization, do you see something that could be better and/or more efficient? If you see something that can be improved and/or made more efficient, then please speak to the (assistant) warehouse manager and they will be happy to look at the possibilities with you.
What do we ask?
· A good physical condition is important because of the physical labor involved in this job;
· You have a proactive and honest attitude, think solution-oriented and dare to act accordingly;
· You have a good knowledge of the Dutch or English language;
· Living in the area of Oss (maximum 20 km) and able to come to our location by own transportation.
What we offer you
· A full-time job of 36 hours per week, in shifts between 7.00 am and 17.30 pm;
· 25 vacation days + 11.8 ADV hours per year;
· Travel allowance at €0,21 per km, the calculation is done according to our internal scheme;
· The salary depends on your experience and (possible) commitment;
