Full Job Description
We are looking for a digital marketing coordinator to join us in a internship role. In the role, you would be responsible for supporting our digital marketing strategist in the implementation and reporting of integrated marketing and communications campaigns for a wide range of clients. We offer a collaborative and creative work environment with a wide variety of design projects to work on, alongside award-winning creative professionals. This role is an opportunity for growth and based on the existing skill set of the successful candidate, training can be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, execution and reporting of clients’ social, digital and email campaigns Develop copy and content that align with clients’ brand voice and tone Post and monitor content on social and digital channels Optimize campaigns for best performance across platforms Prepare weekly reports on campaign performance to deliver to client Manage social channels for Pilot’s marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
Create bi-weekly updates on performance to share with internal team Provide insights and recommendations to improve the marketing strategy Assist in new business development and pitch process Use social listening tools to develop brand strategy and core messaging recommendations Stay-up-date on relevant industry trends and insights to share with internal team.
Prepare monthly presentation on key trends and insights to develop a perspective on best practices to inform future strategies
Skills and Experience
Experience setting up pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns Experience working with Google Analytics (e.g., segmentation, channel reports, audience reports, custom reports, remarketing) Experience conducting SEO research to inform PPC campaigns, site architecture, and content strategies Working knowledge of Excel and Google Studio for data manipulation, analysis, trends and charting.
