Working time : 5 days work, 0900 -1730, non-shift
Duties
Supervising installation of BS/E&C works;
Testing & commissioning of systems of BS/E&C installations as per requirements of the Contract; and
Maintaining and updating all site records and necessary filing systems
Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
At least in possession of a certificate in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering ,or equivalent,
Minimum 3 years experience of maintenance of building in Hong Kong
Registered Electrical Worker qualified for Grade A work under the latest Electricity Ordinance
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Salary: HKD$ 28,000 - 30,000
