Live Seller
- Create concepts and perform LIVE selling/streaming to promote and sell products to achieve company sales objectives
- Interacts with online customers/viewers
- Directly answers inquiries on product information, payment method and shipping process during the live shows
- Performs engaging product presentations, showcasing features and benefits of the product in real-time
- Develop creative ways on how to improve the production workflow and contributes to the content of the show
- Write and/or memorize scripts and must plan and rehearse before actual show
- Share ideas to promote the brand
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.
- Work with customer service on customer feedback and take actions needed to improve customer experience and sales
- Create, generate and update excel based reports
- Prepares online orders received from various online shop platforms.
- Able to multi-task and handle online ordering
