We are recruiting for an Administrator to join a large, government organisation. Have you had experience supporting general managers? Then this is the job for you!

What tasks will you be doing?

Supporting co-director and general managers

General administration – raising POs, travel bookings, coordinating reports, meeting support (minutes, potential catering, diary management, setting up meetings)

Office coordinator (IT, printers, stationery)

Onboarding support

Who are you?

2-3 years experience in administration

Intermediate on Excel

Organised, and excellent multi-tasker and communicator
