Cashier Responsibilities
Learn and understand the menu, take orders from customers, coordinate item preparation and ensure timely delivery to customer over the counter, collect payments, provide/print receipts, provide kitchen order slips, ensure sorting of bills, receipts, card payments, use the POS system to enter all orders, perform end-of-day calculations and report on number of sales and turnover per day at the end of the day and send to owners.
Bubble Tea Barista Responsibilities
As a Bubble Tea Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating and serving delicious and refreshing bubble tea beverages to customers. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality drinks, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and contributing to the overall success of the bubble tea bar. This role requires a passion for bubble tea, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Cleaning Responsibilities:
- Responsible for always maintaining cleanliness including sanitization of utensils and equipment.
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
- Support all other staff members in wiping, moping, cleaning entire store as customers come and go during the day every hour. Clean-up tables, collect waste, dispose of waste in appropriate locations, etc.

- Familiar with health and safety rules and regulations.
- Reliable, responsible, and honest.
- Attention to details.
- Knowledge in making fruit and milk teas is preferred
