Job Description
- Plans the annual, periodic and daily agenda of the CEO in the most appropriate way, taking into account the workload and priorities
- Ensuring communication and coordination between the CEO and the departments, providing knowledge and information is shared and keeping others up to date
- Responsible for the travel, accommodation procedures for all travels,
- Compiles, composes, and edits detailed memos, e-mails, correspondence, reports, speeches, and/or presentations,
- Follow-up of monthly and annual memberships and payments,
- Reminding the important tasks and deadlines in daily bases.
- Organising all meetings and phone calls,
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 8 years of experience in similar positions,
- Good knowledge of MS Office,
- Strong organisational skills,
- Detailed oriented; excellent communication skills,
- Ability to prioritise projects and handle multiple priorities,
- Fluent in English.
