About Our Client

  • Our client is a company that provides services in the field of smart and efficient use of energy from electricity generation, transmission and distribution.

Job Description

  • Plans the annual, periodic and daily agenda of the CEO in the most appropriate way, taking into account the workload and priorities
  • Ensuring communication and coordination between the CEO and the departments, providing knowledge and information is shared and keeping others up to date
  • Responsible for the travel, accommodation procedures for all travels,
  • Compiles, composes, and edits detailed memos, e-mails, correspondence, reports, speeches, and/or presentations,
  • Follow-up of monthly and annual memberships and payments,
  • Reminding the important tasks and deadlines in daily bases.
  • Organising all meetings and phone calls,

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in similar positions,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office,
  • Strong organisational skills,
  • Detailed oriented; excellent communication skills,
  • Ability to prioritise projects and handle multiple priorities,
  • Fluent in English.
