Descrição
- Installation and configuration of hardware, software, systems, computer networks infrastructure, printers, scanners, and general hardware/software;
- Monitoring and maintenance of computer systems and networks;
- Responding in a timely manner to queries and service requests;
- Provide remote/physical support across the enterprise;
- Repairing and replacing IT equipment if necessary;
- Supporting any IT needs during the integration of new Clinics/Hospitals, procurement processes and account creation for new users;
- Support in the configuration and setup of Office 365;
- Support for Windows Server 2016 and Windows 10/11;
- SQL database management;
- Installation and troubleshooting of the entire network (VPN, Active Directory, TCP/IP
- issues, VLANs).
Perfil ideal
- Knowledge in Asterisk Telephony System;
- Knowledge in Mikrotik Routing and switching;
- Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics NAV Software;
- Knowledge in Wintouch Software;
- Knowledge in PowerBI development KPIs;
- Knowledge in basic Linux OS;
- Knowledge in Hosting, Domains and Wordpress admin;
- 2+ years' experience;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Dynamic, proactive and self-motivated;
- Very good problem solving skills.
