The opportunity: Learning & Development Manager – EY Hanoi Office based

Key Responsibilities/Duties

    Manage country learning planning, prioritisation and budgeting, and align those with Region Learning plan
  • Align EY learning strategy, adopt of global curriculum, common design standards and processes
  • Promote a true culture of continuous learning within the firm and assume accountability for delivering a consistent, high-quality learning experience for learners
  • Oversee the learning and development team
  • Develop deployment strategies and supervise the deployment plan's execution
  • Support the local program definition, design and development, as required.
  • Coordinate cross-Service Line and across SLs for L&D planning and execution.
  • Evaluate and review reporting on performance and plan for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and manage the execution of learning plans, learning compliances
  • Manage budget and cost efficiency
  • Report to L&D Lead Partner (Deputy General Director) and Talent Lead
  • Facilitate training delivery (when required)


Knowledge/Experience/Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning and Development with at least 1-2 years at managerial position
  • Graduated with bachelor’s degree or higher qualification
  • Language proficiency – English and Vietnamese.
  • Good at project and time management
  • Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong passion on L&D career and possess a solid L&D network
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organization at all levels
  • Strong team worker with ability to build team and retain team spirit
  • Drive and deliver quality services and products to the business
  • Understand modern training designs and knowledge of L&D trends
  • Ability to propose initiatives for improvement, with process-engineering mindset
  • Good at interpersonal skills, problems solving and result-orientedness
