We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic social media specialist to join our creative team. Will be responsible for creating social media campaigns and managing the company's social media pages on a day-to-day basis.
Social Media Specialist Job Responsibilities
● Developing a social media content plan consistent with the company's brand identity.
● Create and edit social media posts, increase customer engagement, drive social media campaigns, and create consistent and meaningful content across all social media platforms.

● Managing a large number of daily social media posts.
● Communicate with your social media followers, including responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
● Development and management of social influencer programs.
● Monitor and evaluate your company's social media presence and performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights.
● Creation of monthly performance reports on social media marketing activities.
● Recommendations on how to adjust your social media marketing strategy to achieve optimal results.
● Staying up to date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
Social Media Specialist Job Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related fields.
● Have 2+ years of experience in social media including content planning and management, and proven experience in gaining a large number of followers or subscribers on various social media platforms
● Experience of managing social media platforms ( Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin, Tik Tok, Snapchat)
● Excellent oral communication skills, a versatile creative writer, and a deep understanding of social media management and strategy are required.
● Experience using various analytical software.
● Multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
