Salary: €35,000 - €45,000 + employee benefits


We zijn op zoek naar een tweetalige (Nederlands en Engels) Business Development Representative om ons groeiende team in Amsterdam te versterken. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren en verbinden met potentiële klanten om de impact van Simpro-producten te bespreken met als doel het boeken van productdemonstraties. Als je ervaring kunt aantonen in een vergelijkbare verkoop- en/of lead genererende rol, sterke klantrelaties kunt koesteren en opbouwen, kennis kunt laten zien van de Google Suite van producten, Salesforce, Gong - we willen graag met je praten!

The Job

The Business Development Representative is responsible for identifying and connecting with prospective customers to discuss the impact Simpro is able to bring to them with the aim of booking product demonstrations between the prospect and the Account Executives and/or Business Development Managers.


What You’ll Do

  • Book product demonstrations between Simpro and potential customers by collaborating with Account Executives / Business Development Managers to successfully attain the partnership.
  • Assist and with closing the deal through detailed discovery calls and notes that identify key areas of opportunities
  • Understand trade contracting and field service business workflows to effectively communicate the value and areas of opportunities that Simpro products provide
  • Build a strong pipeline of prospective customers by sourcing potential leads and converting outbound opportunities
  • Update client information records on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly one-on-one and team forecast reviews, meetings and training sessions to ensure ongoing improvement and best-practice sharing.
  • Increase the sales pipeline through demand generation, consistently meeting and exceeding pipeline development quota.
  • Execute personal campaigns, activities and processes to build and nurture a pipeline of prospects, ensuring a high conversion rate to qualified lead status and close a high proportion of deals to ensure above quota results are consistently achieved.
  • Achieve and exceed daily KPI’s and monthly quota.
  • Any additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.


What You’ll Bring

  • Fluent in both Dutch and English.
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar sales and/or lead generation role.
  • A professional with a consultative approach to sales.
  • Someone with excellent IT skills.
  • The ability to learn a comprehensive software platform.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and consistently hit sales targets.
  • An eagerness to contribute to a positive office culture.
  • Working knowledge of the Google Suite of products, Salesforce, Gong.
