You are a product expert who is passionate about Tesla's mission and can communicate the benefits of owning a Tesla to potential customers. You understand our customers' needs, educate them about our vehicles, and guide them through the sales process so they can make informed decisions.

You're motivated, want to succeed, and are driven by Tesla's mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy. You will be part of a larger sales and delivery team that works closely and flexibly together on all tasks.

What You’ll Do
  • Representation: You are a product expert for Tesla vehicles and technologies and are always informed about the latest developments and trends.
  • Customer Service: you understand each customer's needs and preferences and provide a personalized solution that meets their needs, such as information on the benefits of owning a Tesla vehicle, including charging and maintenance costs, environmental impact and driving experience
  • Support: you'll guide customers through the sales process, including financing options, trade-ins, delivery timelines, and be a trusted advisor to answer any questions and address any concerns or objections
  • Sales Experience: You provide your customers with an exceptional experience that exceeds their expectations and build a long-term relationship with them
  • Success-driven: You meet or exceed your sales goals and performance metrics designed to accelerate your professional growth and the growth of the company
  • Team Spirit: working with other members of the Tesla team to ensure a seamless customer experience rounds out your profile
