Executive Assistant

Team Eason is a leading brand that hosts and organizes masterminds, meetings, conferences, and events throughout the year for their members. We’re looking for an executive assistant that manages a variety of duties supporting the leaders of Team Eason. The position demands great communication skills, flexibility, proactive logistics, and efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Serve as point person for all scheduling and communications for Eason executive team.

· Maintain executives’ calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, etc.

· Provide coordination, monitoring, and communication of projects and programs managed by the company.

· Organize and prepare for meetings, calls, retreats, huddles, etc.

· Answer and respond to phone calls, emails, and communications.

· Prioritize tasks.

· Coordinate travel arrangements.

· You collaborate with other team members such as coaches, customer service, tech, and marketing.

· You send ongoing communications/updates to the team.

· Other tasks and duties as assigned.

This position is for a person who:

· Can work fully remote but must be physically located in the Agoura Hills, CA, surrounding area -- LA, Thousand Oaks, etc.

· Can travel a few times per year for work events out of town

· Has work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.

· Does not mind working some evenings and weekends, at times responding to emails outside of work hours.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Is resourceful, self-motivated and can make decisions independently.

· Can handle stress and tight deadlines.

· Is a team player who will do what needs to be done.

· Excellent MS Office knowledge

· Outstanding organizational and time management skills

· Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars)

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills

· Discretion and confidentiality

· Knows how to communicate clearly.

· Is technology savvy.

· Can juggle various moving pieces while staying calm and collected.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 per hour
