We are looking for a motivated working student in Customer Support to join our team. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and you will play a key role in providing the best service to our customers.
What to expect:
- You will be part of a dynamic customer support team that assists customers in English through a ticketing system.
- You will be the go-to person for technical questions regarding an innovative product in the mobile app space.
- You will answer questions about license selection, product configuration, and compatibility issues. Extensive documentation will be available to support you.
- You will work fully remote and have the flexibility to choose your working hours and location. No fixed office hours!
- You will be provided with a high-quality Apple device to carry out your tasks optimally.
What we expect from you:
- You have a strong technical understanding and can support customers with technical challenges.
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- You ideally have web knowledge and are familiar with current trends and technologies.
- You have excellent communication skills and enjoy providing friendly, concise, and professional answers to customer queries.
- You are an enrolled student and can commit approximately 8 hours per week to this position.
