Off The Charts is looking to expand its team! We are looking for experienced and knowledgeable connoisseurs, Who can assist customers in finding everything they need.
We are looking for trainable Budtenders to educate and help assist customers based on needs, preferences, and budgets.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure you are on time for each and every shift
- Ensure all guests are greeted as they arrive and when they depart
- Maintain expert-level knowledge on our full product catalog as well as the latest trends in the cannabis industry
- Processing customers' payments correctly and ensuring you are using proper money handling skills and using the dispensary's Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Keeping the storefront clean and tidy.
- Educating customers on the safe use of their selected cannabis products.
- Labeling products correctly.
- Verifying customers are of age and
- Making sure the floor is adequately stocked
- Communicate with management if any issues were to arise.
- Answer customers’ questions regarding the different strains of cannabis, their medicinal uses, and methods of consumption.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Proven experience in sales
- Knowledge and/or experience in cannabis law
- Sound knowledge of cannabis strains and their medicinal benefits
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
Requirements:
- Attention to Detail
- 1-2 years Sales experience
- 1-2 years Customer Service experience
- Must meet the legal age requirements to work in cannabis (21 years and older)
- Must pass LiveScan Background Check
- 1-2 years Budtending experience
