Drive selling and profitable net growth for your market across both channels. Secure a fluid customer experience between online and instore shopping.- Act on the sales opportunities/threats together with your Area and Online sales teams.
- Supply your market organization with commercial focuses in order to set the right priorities to drive stock, both short and long term.
- Lead and train the Online Merchandiser and Store Merchandiser according to the expectations of their roles and secure a pipeline of future Merchandising talents.
- Responsible for reduction cost of your market in order to optimize the effect of reductions through sale and promotional activities.
- Co-develop a locally relevant commercial plan that is aligned with your quantified goals on a senior level and identify selling opportunities and future potentials.
- Plan local key moments and campaigns with the China country team to continuously build COS’ presence in the Chinese market.
- Provide constant and structured feedback to regional merch team and buying office in London.
- Participate in quarterly buying and ranking meetings to secure relevant assortment for the Chinese market.
Significant previous experience in leadership role in multichannel merchandising, within fashion or retail industry in China.- Strong understanding of the digital retail business is a plus.
- Excellent data analysis skills and the ability to decide sales-driven actions based on the results.
- Fluency in English and Chinese language skills, both verbal and written.
- Advanced level in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence, provide feedback, challenge and speak confidently in front of an audience.
- A great team player with the ability to build excellent working relationships across the organization.
