We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Financial Services Clerk - INTERNS MSS MS NHC
Principal responsibilities
- Provide professional fund administrative services to registered members, employers & fund managers
- Process requests for Enrolment, Contribution, Switching/Redirection, Termination, Claim, Transfer and Static Data change according to laid down SOP and deadline
- Prepare reports to regulator, fund managers, employers and members
- Strong sense MPFA requirement and retirement fund knowledge
- Being able to handle multiple different processes / tasks
- University Degree from accredited university
- Sound PC knowledge in Excel and MS Word
- Good communication in both English and Chinese
- Being organized and detail oriented
- Team spirit
- Risk awareness
- Analytical skills and problem solving
- Knowledge of fund industry and good grasp of fund handling
- Subject matter expert in specific areas of fund services is preferred
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
