- To lead & manage projects inception till completion for drywall / ceiling works
- To plan and monitor site progress in order to meet project schedules.
- To prepare / exercise weekly progress claim, cost control and project reports
- Good ability to understand and interpret project scope from the design documents
- Plan & organize the execution teams, subcontractors, suppliers and other resources required for the project
- Interact & coordinate with design & execution teams to ensure that the works are being carried out as per the design documents, specifications, etc
- Exercise strong control over site activities and resources to ensure timely completion of projects within the budgeted costs with good quality workmanship
- Manage the interior fit-out projects for offices, restaurants, shops, residential sectors, etc
- Obtaining project related regulatory permits
Desired Skills & Experience
SKILLS • Min. 3 - 5 years of working experience in project management, preferably in interior fit-out works • Good Leadership skills, interpersonal and communication skills Disciplinary attitude with ability to work under pressure. • Good technical knowledge and well versed in interpretation of drawings • Problem solving skills
