Job Responsibilities:
- Teach the designated curriculum and help in the intellectual development of children.
- Prepare and update lesson plans, calendars, pointers for review, worksheets, parent-teacher log books, exams, student activity proposals, etc.
- Use daily classroom events as opportunities to help children in developing more appropriate behavior, physical skills, social skills and coping skills.
- Observe children’s performance and classroom behavior and prepare progress reports.
- Create a conducive learning environment by maintaining a fun, clean, safe, and healthy classroom for children.
- Maintain good communication with parents/legal guardians.
- Attend and participate in all meetings, conferences, programs, and school activities.
