Job Purpose:

Facilitate effective management of client accounts (internally) and ensure accurate studio recovery. Provide comprehensive justifications for the recovery process and deliver up-to-date status reports on the studio's performance at any given time.


Role and core responsibilities:

  • Collecting and interpreting data.
  • Analyzing results.
  • Ensuring Studio revenue is accurate.
  • Loading Billing in the correct state on the system for invoicing.
  • Meet regularly with Account Executives on studio Cost Estimates.

Minimum qualifications & skills:


  • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma (such as Book Keeping).
  • Strong accuracy skills and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel (non-negotiable)
  • Entry level Google sheets.
  • User-friendly on reporting tools ie: PowerBi/ Tableau
  • +5 years’ experience in admin role.

Typical day in the life of this role:

  • Project planning (internal systems and external communications).
  • Project costings on the studio and ensuring the correct amounts are recovered, testing the Cost estimates supplied to actual.
  • System administration.
  • Ensuring accountability on non-recoverable design work are reported.
