Graphic Designer
POSITION OBJECTIVE
Graphic Designer who can take concepts and ideas and create visual representations, in both print and electronic media. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. Collaborating with multiple teams across the company, the graphic designer should be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects. The designer will have a thorough understanding of visual merchandising and marketing, and be able to find the right style and layout for every project.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately
Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects
Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities
Designing proposals and artwork for marketing and visual merchandising
Create promotional artworks such as promo posters, lock ups and the like as per business requirements
Creating and delivering motion graphics for social media (FB, Insta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube), stand-alone stores, CP stores, and other omni-channel mediums.
Editing photos & video footage to create videos with music for web and other mediums.
Resizing and adaptation of ready content (stills & video) as per different screen sizes.

Miscellaneous
Coordinate with the team in executing their requirements of seasonal changes
Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools and technologies in design & content creation
DISPLAY
QUALIFICATION
Basic Qualification / Education / Vocational Training
Graduate Degree in in Fine Arts (Visual Arts) essential
Advanced
Qualification / Certification / Specialist Training
Diploma/Certification in Graphic Design from any Accredited Institute
EXPERIENCE
Minimum Experience
5 years of experience in Graphic Arts and Design
