As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will:
- Dive deep into Large Language Model (LLM) technologies, actively researching and experimenting with new solutions to drive innovation in hiring practices.
- Implement practical applications of LLM research findings into end-user-facing applications, creating scalable and impactful tools that directly impact clients.
- Adopt lean methodologies to swiftly meet business objectives, quickly iterating based on client feedback and being unafraid to take risks and learn from failures.
- Deeply understand product challenges to make intelligent and efficient software-building decisions.
- Collaborate closely with our global R&D, Product, and Design teams located in the US and Vietnam. This role includes the exciting opportunity for international travel once or twice a year, fostering cross-cultural cooperation and growth.
Experience & Skills Required
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in back-end oriented software development
- Familiarity with software architecture design
- Experience in a cloud-based environment, including AWS, RESTful API, Docker, CI - Jenkins, SQL, Postgres, Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, and Django
- Knowledge of modern frontend platforms (e.g. Angular, React, Vue) is an advantage
- Experience in LLM development environment (LangChain, HuggingFace, Prompt Engineering) is an advantage
- Fluent in English
- Ability to travel internationally once or twice a year
- Authorization to work in Israel
