As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital part of our Customer Experience team at Weekday and Monki.
Your overall assignment is to support our channel specialists with day-to-day operations of the different digital channels (paid, earned and owned). You will be part of our Digital Marketing Team consisting of Organic Social, Paid Social, SEM, Affiliate, CRM and PR.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited too:
- Support channel specialist in day-to-day operations of the channels
- Coordinate asset management and content plans
- Coordinate/manage gifting program with PR/Influencer teams
- Manage and administrate collaboration with partners
- Work tightly with merchandising team to get relevant product selections for the channels
- Keep up to date with internal workflows, tools & software’s
- Support the Digital Marketing team on an ad hoc basis
To thrive in this role be believe you are comfortable to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks at the same time while keeping a positive mindset. You have an organized and structured approach, able to prioritize and take full ownership of responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field.
- 1+ years of working experience through student jobs, internships, traineeships or comparable marketing or business roles (preferably in FMCG or B2C companies).
- Strong project management skills, able to coordinate multiple projects & full details at the same time across stakeholders and deliver high quality on time.
- Familiarity with CMS, Emarsys, Marketing Automation software, Rakuten, Google Analytics is a plus.
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Additional Information
This is a full-time temporary position until 2023-12-31 starting as soon as possible, based on-site at Weekday’s Head Office in Stockholm, Sweden.
