Responsibilities

The IT System Administrator will spend approximately 70% of their time working on projects and 40% supporting SaaS applications and working on Service desk tickets. You will be collaborating with all levels of management within various departments to understand the current state, identify business requirements, and recommend technologies. You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and will be expected to prioritize and work on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

This position will also implement and manage other technical and SaaS solutions ensuring security and quality standards are achieved. You will be providing ticket support and administration of Azure, Intune, Azure Active Directory, Google, computer hardware, and operating systems, and perform other job-related duties as required.


Requirements:
  • To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • Must be a self-starter possessing excellent time management skills; able to manage multiple activities simultaneously while requiring little or no oversight and/or direction.
  • Must possess a strong combination of project management and technical skills along with excellent Customer communication skills.
  • Propensity for multi-tasking
  • 3-5 years of experience implementing and supporting Azure AD, IAM, Intune, and M365
  • 2+ years experience with Atlassian products: Confluence, Jira Service Management, etc
  • 2+ years of experience integrating systems with Azure and deploying SSO + MFA
  • Experience managing DNS
  • Experience troubleshooting in a multi-user high-availability 24x7 environment
  • Experience in PC repair, troubleshooting, and deployment (Windows and MAC)
  • 3+ years experience developing and maintaining technical documentation in Confluence
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Extremely organized and focused
  • Self-driven
  • Should have one or more of the following certifications: Azure, IAM, Intune, or other industry-relevant certifications

Preferred

  • Experience administering Azure, AWS, and Google.
  • Experience with domain registrars - GoDaddy \ Route53 \ Wix
  • Experience one or more scripting languages, like PowerShell, Ansible, etc.

Physical Demands

Physical demands are equal to that commonly associated with office work. Majority of work time is spent sitting at a desk in front of a computer.


Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

Full-time position. Company office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am ET – 5 pm ET. Must be available and meet obligations for internal and external customers during standard business hours and as necessary. The work schedule may flex based on workload and project assignment. Some after-hours and weekend work as projects and workload required.
