YOUR MISSION:
- You advise business leaders in the area of change and innovation projects
- You are responsible for business analysis, process analysis/modeling, requirements engineering, design/specification of business and IT projects
- You translate business needs into relevant solutions in line with our business and IT strategy and work together with solution architects and designer to lead and assist on developing technical requirements
- You take responsibility for the products together with the team and accompany your specified solutions during the implementation up to the successful rollout
- You foster cross-functional collaborations with a variety of stakeholders (e.g., business unit leaders, CTO, financial managers) and project managers
- You research and review business processes and new IT developments to ensure systems are up to date
- You act as an interface between the business departments and the IT organization
YOUR PROFILE:
- Higher education in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in customer-oriented business and/or IT consulting – ideally with a focus on manufacturing industries
- Methodological and practical experience in the areas of business analysis, process analysis and modeling, requirements engineering and design specification
- High level of initiative, networked thinking, and the ability to quickly navigate complex issues and recognize interdependencies
- Strong conceptual thinking individual with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. German is a plus.
