Position: Executive Human Resources - Saudi Arabia National

About Position: We are looking for an HR generalist with outstanding analytical and communication skills. An HR generalist is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and conflict management skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all HR operations, procedures, and policies are efficient and in compliance with legislation and best practices.
  • Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
  • Take care of labour issues.
  • Responsible to ensure HR and HSE goals and objectives are met within established timelines.
  • Review and update HR & HSE Policies and Procedures as required.
  • Provide management team monthly reports on HR and safety statistics, work in progress, recommendations, and initiatives.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Coordinate and participate in workplace incident investigations and reporting.
  • Coach supervisors and managers on employee management in the areas of development, discipline and rewards.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners such as the local and provincial HR and HSE regulatory and government agencies.

Required Skills to be successful

  • Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software.
  • Knowledgeable in HSE practices and programs; understanding of UAE Labour laws
  • Must have excellent communication and people leadership skills to drive a team of young professionals.
  • Excellent record-keeping skills.
  • Bachelors degree in human resources or related (essential).
  • Utilizing digital tools to manage in-house corporate data with utmost diligence.
  • Exemplary command on interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate positively.
  • Proven track record of providing solutions to an organization for rectifying practical employee concerns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic or English.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Education:

  • MBA/PG Diploma in Business
  • Mgmt(HR/Industrial Relations)

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years + (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From ﷼4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dammam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
