JOB DESCRIPTION - CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMIN EXECUTIVE

An Customer Service Admin Executive plays an important role in documentations handling and also database upkeeping. Apart from that, this role is also involved in customer support and inquiries to ensure prompt feedback is being done to avoid any delay. Hence, also to provide efficient communication towards customer inquiries. On top of that, this role is a key touch point between the Company and clients to ensure their inquiries are promptly attended accordingly.

Salary: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 a month

Contract Type: Full-time

Experience: At Least 3 years experience required in a relevant scope of work. No preference in race or gender, must be fluent in English.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle day to day calls with Singapore clients and team members whenever required.
  • Conduct reminder calls to Singapore clients
  • Support Singapore teams in terms of sending out messages via certain platforms to respective people on any upcoming events etc.
  • Sorting out and upkeeping data in the google sheet or microsoft excel sheets from time to time.
  • Craft necessary messages such as greetings, appreciations, reminders or follow up notifications etc.
  • Support leaders in terms of team welfare arrangements as when required from time to time.
  • Accessing the Company devices and promptly reply to queries and also respond to client emails from time to time.
  • Any other ad hoc administrative tasks that required support when necessary.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Familiar with google drive, calendars and also emails.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize work according to its importance.
  • Detail oriented and being meticulous to maintain data reporting, etc.
  • Good time management skill and able to meet the required datelines.
  • Able to communicate well and speak with confidence in a precise manner
  • Must be proficient especially in google sheets or excel sheets. Knowing how to work on basic formulas is also required.
  • High sense of urgency and able to respond promptly to last minute administrative requirement
  • Organizing skills especially in the administrative task in order to ensure all data is kept at its designated drives for easy access as when required.
