We’re hiring a Secondary Operations Scheduler in Blanchardstown. Our client is a leading provider of respiratory services and equipment to the HSE, hospitals, and the public across Ireland.

The core role within the Secondary Operations Team includes the vital task of efficiently organizing and overseeing the daily tasks of Homecare Technicians. These technicians are responsible for delivering essential services related to installing, servicing, and maintaining home oxygen and medical ventilation devices for individuals in need. Garda Vetting is mandatory due to the sensitive nature of working with vulnerable individuals.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Organize and assign pending tasks to technicians, optimizing their routes to boost productivity.

- Adjust route plans based on field feedback to ensure effective routes.

- Meet service level agreements by timely scheduling, issuing, and completion of tasks.

- Create viable daily task schedules and routes to enhance technician efficiency.

- Monitor escalated tasks, ensuring they are addressed promptly.

- Assist in resource deployment, including technicians, vehicles, and stock.

- Maintain balanced workloads among technicians.

- Uphold data accuracy and integrity.

- Actively contribute to ongoing improvement efforts.

- Collaborate in generating status and progress reports for management.

- Identify and troubleshoot data/reporting discrepancies.

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

-Develop efficient routes to minimize mileage and work time while upholding service quality.

-Explore cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.

PEOPLE RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain regular communication with Secondary Operations Management to stay informed.

- Assign escalated tasks to technicians.

- Ensure technicians adhere to planned routes and report to Secondary Operations Management.

- Reallocate jobs among technicians when stock availability is limited.

- Escalate critical matters to Senior Management.

COMPLIANT RESPONSIBILITIES

-Adhere to and enforce company and department SOPs.

- Demonstrate compliance with ISO9001 standards.

- Follow legal and company health and safety requirements.

- Ensure service level aligns with KPI and client demands.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €32,000.00-€34,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Blanchardstown, CO. Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
