The Role

We are now looking for a specialist to our Global Compensations & Benefits team. This is a broad role that will be part of designing, implementing and managing our Comp & Ben offering - enabling us to attract, motivate and retain the right talent in both business and healthcare roles.

You will work closely with our new Head of Comp & Ben and also other colleagues in the People & Culture organisation; our Business Partners, Recruitment team, Payroll etc as well as the Finance and Legal team. We are looking for someone that has a few years of experience in the reward area, and that is ready to dig into the details making sure our processes and tools work smoothly to support the organisation.

What you will do

In this role you make sure our global framework for Compensation & Benefits is in good shape and adapted to the needs of the company and our local teams. This will include keeping Policies and framework, Salary ranges, Short and Long-Term Incentive plan and Benefits Offering up to date and relevant. We implemented Workday last year and you will collaborate with HRIS to maintain and improve processes for yearly salary reviews, compensation and career level frameworks.

You will be involved in coordinating the yearly salary review process, collaborating with Finance and our People Partners. You will be maintaining our Long-Term Incentive schemes, in close collaboration with Legal and Finance teams, to make sure we have accurate data and reporting. We are operating in Sweden, UK, France and Norway and this role will collaborate closely with our local People & Culture organisation to ensure compliance of our offerings and make improvements based on local needs.

Who you are

The ideal candidate will be collaborative and solution oriented, with an interest in analytics and process development. In terms of experience we are looking for someone with:

  • 1-3 years of experience in the Comp & Ben area,
  • Experience from a Comp & Ben role in an international company, with a fast paced and changing environment
  • Fluent in English. Additional languages are welcome.
