JSI Holdings is a dynamic international company in the event industry, space renting and global trading. Our company is growing and as a result, we are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Manager. Are you a team player with good commercial sense ? Do you get energy from challenging tasks ? Then you might be our new Account Manager!
As Account Manager within JSI Holdings you will be responsible for the growth and satisfaction of our clients. It is your job to identify and analyze client's requirements and desired solutions. You will need to fully understand client's needs and effectivly work with different departments, like building management, finance and our head office.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Contract management: manage contract renewals, negotiations and pricing discussions with clients
- Customer support: ensure seamless delivery of services ,handle client’s complaints and resolve client issues promptly
- Monitor payment issues
- Reporting and Analysis: monitor account performance and analysis cost regularly
- Account growth: identify opportunities to expand and grow existing client accounts
- Business development: generate new business opportunities
- Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with internal teams
- Collaborate on projects
Requirements and Skills
- Outgoing personality
- Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential
- Strong verbal and written skills in English is a must, Dutch speaking is sure a plus
- Good problem-solving and negotation abilities
- Result-oriented
- Proficiency in computer
- HBO or higher education, preferablely in Business Administration, Markting or a related field
